At Spotted Gang Appaloosas (SGA), we are passionate about preserving the legacy and integrity of the Foundation Appaloosa. Located in Hopkins, South Carolina, just outside Columbia, our family-run farm blends hands-on care, thoughtful breeding, and a lifelong love for spotted horses.
We specialize in GAP-enrolled, double-registered Appaloosas (ApHC & ICAA), focusing on:
- Strong Foundation bloodlines (GAP 4–5)
- Bold Appaloosa patterns (LP, PATN1 genetics)
- Versatile, kind-minded foals raised for show, trail, ranch, or family life
All of our mares and stallions are 6-panel negative, handled daily, and carefully matched to produce foals with color, character, and conformation. In addition to foal sales, we offer live cover, cooled, and frozen semen from our proven stallion, BCA Chats Nuksay.
Our first SGA-bred foals will arrive in Spring/Summer 2026, and we are currently accepting in utero reservations with live foal guarantees.
